Hidden in a strip mall, this clean, well staffed, delicious restaurant was a welcome find when we traveled to Front Royal. Atmosphere is good, not noisy when half full. Greeted quickly when we entered—sit where you like. Tables are spotless. Our server — Tarah—was dialed in. Timely with drinks, ordering, suggestions, and sang when she brought food. Didn’t wait for anything longer than you would want, but not rushed. Very good house salad and homemade bread. Genovese Gnocchi was delicious. Meat lovers calzone was wonderful light crust, not oily delicious cheese and meat. Fried cheese cake was perfect end to a great meal-I wanted more chocolate sauce, but flavors were balanced-not greasy. Entrees are large and fairly priced. House wine was tasty. Will come back. We went into this establishment for her first time 2/23 to try some food to decide where we would like to cater for my daughters 1st birthday, we tried the baked ziti, chicken parmigiana, and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken all lunch portions and they were huge. Margret was our server and she was amazing and very helpful answering our questions. Their cesar salad dressing so amazing and the bread is freshly made. They catered my daughters 1st birthday yesterday (3/29) we got chicken parmigiana, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, spaghetti, and bread!!! Amazing service from start to finish. There was a little miscommunication when I placed the ordered and when I paid BUT the manager without hesitation fixed the issue immediately. We got so many compliments about the food and where I had ordered it. The food was delicious. I would definitely order again for my next event.

What "real Italian" is all about. Castiglia's menu is comprehensive; if you want it, they've got it for you. Service staff is great support for the experts in the back of the house. From pasta to pizza it's "ooh-la-la". Perfect al dente with true gravy and solid meats choice; perfect crusts loaded with true cheese and toppings choice. If you know what "done right" means, you'll love this place.
